Technique:
Multiplanar multisequence magnetic resonance images of the right/left shoulder without contrast (or, after the intra-articular administration of gadolinium.


Findings:
The rotator cuff including the supraspinatus, infraspinatus, subscapularis and teres minor muscles and their tendinous insertions are intact. The biceps tendon and the bicipital-labral anchor are normal in appearance.

The coraco-acromial and coraco-humeral ligaments are normal in appearance. The superior, middle and inferior glenohumeral ligaments are also intact.

The Glenoid labrum and capsular complex are unremarkable. No joint effusions or loose bodies are identified.

The osseous structures demonstrate no evidence of fracture or dislocation. Marrow signal is within normal limits.

The cutaneous and subcutaneous tissues appear normal.


Impression:
Normal MRI (or, MR arthrogram) of the right/left shoulder.
